This initiative aims to upgrade the operational efficiency of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) through the design, delivery, and installation of fixed-site Lanza 3D-LRR radars along with radio voice communication systems. Furthermore, these systems will be integrated into the command-and-control network, enhancing RAFO’s autonomy in managing advanced radar maintenance.
The comprehensive package provided by Indra not only focuses on hardware installation but also emphasizes the importance of training RAFO personnel. Technical Specifications of the Lanza 3D Radar System

It can detect and monitor aircraft within a vast range of 5 to 256 nautical miles (approximately 9 to 474 kilometers), and at altitudes soaring up to 100,000 feet (30,480 meters).
